Built an AI-based documentation
infrastructure at 5X

As the tech stack evolved, documentation became fragmented, outdated, and heavily dependent on senior engineers for updates. It repeatedly slipped due to competing priorities and constant platform changes. I stepped in, deeply audited the entire data platform and its implementations, restructured the documentation architecture, and rebuilt it for clarity.

On top of that foundation, I engineered an AI-powered search layer using Claude Code + Mintlify to make product knowledge instantly accessible to customers. To prevent decay, I built an automated pipeline that updates documentation directly from Linear release tickets, transforming static docs into a living system. Following implementation, I collaborated with Senior QA to harden edge cases and ensure documentation integrity.
